1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the iOS app “Gobyou” provided by Ryosuke Tokushima (“the developer”). By downloading or using the app you agree to them.
2. Licence
Subject to these terms, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Use via the App Store is additionally governed by Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement.
3. Nature of the app
Gobyou is a self-management tool for your own device. It relies on Apple's Screen Time features, and restrictions may not behave as intended due to OS behaviour, bugs or changes to your settings. It is not a medical service and is not intended to diagnose or treat any condition.
4. Subscriptions
- Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly (US: $2.99 / month, $17.99 / year; prices vary by region).
- After any free trial, the selected plan is charged automatically.
- It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions.
- All payments are processed by Apple; refunds follow Apple's policy.
5. Restrictions
You may not reverse-engineer the app, use it to manage another person's device without their consent, or use it in violation of applicable law.
6. Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the app.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated. Material changes will be announced on this page.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
